Pressing Pause | Yin Yoga for Women

Pressing Pause is a 6-week online group program for women who are new to yin yoga or women wanting to dive deeper into their yin yoga practice with a beginner’s mindset.

Through live streamed classes and personalized coaching, you will learn the foundations of yin yoga and begin to experience how this slow-paced and meditative practice can positively impact your overall health and well-being.

Online Group Program

Yin yoga is a slow-paced and meditative practice that targets the connective tissues of the joints through passive, longer held poses (usually 3 to 5 minutes). Strengthening these tissues can help you improve joint function, reduce the risk of injury and alleviate pain.

The longer holds in yin yoga, combined with breath awareness, help you to relax and anchor into the present moment.

On an energetic level, yin yoga enhances the flow of energy (or “chi”) in the body.

  • Six live streamed classes (60 - 65 min each); replays available within 24 hours
