Pressing Pause | Yin Yoga for Women

Pressing Pause is a 6-week online group program that teaches the foundations of yin yoga through live streamed classes, personalized coaching and curated resources.

The program is designed for women that are new to yin yoga or women wanting to enhance their yin yoga practice with a beginner mindset.

Yin yoga is a slow-paced and meditative practice that focuses on the deep connective tissues of the body (ligaments, joints, bones and deep fascia networks) through passive, longer held poses. Focusing on these tissues can help you improve joint function and increase flexibility.

Yin yoga also enhances the flow of energy (or “Qi”) in the body.

Beyond the physical benefits you may experience, there are so many mental and emotional health benefits linked to yin yoga, which is what keeps so many students coming back for more.

The details…

  • Six live streamed classes (60 - 65 min. each); replays available within 24 hours

  • Coaching & connection between classes via private group chat in Voxer (a free app)

  • Digital workbook to guide your learning

  • All students will need: 1 round yoga bolster, 2 foam yoga blocks, 1 blanket

  • Space is limited to maintain a small, intimate group setting with personalized coaching
